Our objectives
Promote knowledge of historical conflicts
The Poppies and Daffodils Association strives to raise public awareness of the wars involving France, particularly the two World Wars
Strengthen International Bonds
We value the importance of unity among peoples, as demonstrated by the intervention of Allied forces during the conflicts. By promoting international solidarity, we aim to strengthen bonds between nations, encourage peace, and foster cooperation. Our programs are designed to show how unity and collaboration can make a difference in resolving conflicts.
Preserve the Memory of Sacrifices
Our website serves as an online platform with two main objectives:
- The publication of research papers, testimonies, and historical articles.
- The organization of events at memorial sites in France and Europe. These events are designed for young people, students, apprentices, teachers, and professionals in the fields of youth, culture, as well as military professionals and trainees. These programs offer a comprehensive immersion into the history and memory of the conflicts.
Paying tribute to the victims of the Nazi regime and the Holocaust.
We support educational initiatives aimed at honoring the victims of Nazism and the Holocaust. By collaborating with museums and research centers, we promote tolerance and respect for human rights to help prevent such tragedies in the future. Our activities include conferences, exhibitions, and educational projects
Support Wounded Soldiers
We provide assistance and support to soldiers injured in recent conflicts. In partnership with specialized organizations, we contribute to reintegration initiatives and therapeutic activities for veterans. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for those who have served their country with courage
Organize Educational Trips
To raise awareness among young Europeans about the importance of remembrance, we organize educational trips to sites of memory. These trips include guided tours, educational workshops, and meetings with specialists. They provide an enriching and immersive experience in history.

Recognize the Role of Animals in Wartime
We raise public awareness of the crucial role animals played during armed conflicts, particularly during the two World Wars. Through dedicated publications, we highlight their contributions and pay tribute to these loyal companions who played a vital role in times of war.
Promote Animal-Assisted Therapies
We highlight the importance of animals in supporting individuals suffering from post-traumatic stress. By raising awareness of the effectiveness of animal-assisted therapies, we aim to improve the quality of life for veterans and survivors. Our publications and initiatives are dedicated to promoting these therapeutic approaches
